Welcome to Star Dancer's Blog “The Danzer”. This is our Grand Opening Jan. 2011 at whatever time. Before getting started, if you are not sure about blogging go to one of my favorite web sites and read about the blog or blogging at “www.blogwebsites.net/”. This should give you enough information about blogs. One more thing! You must be signed up to get all of the goodies on our “blogs site.” So before you move ahead please “sign up” at the top right hand side of this page. ”We thought that it was a good idea to start this Blog to share and answer all those questions out there about social dancing, dance classes, lessons or anything related to dance. “What’s On Your Dance Mind”? If you are not sure what to ask or say, here are a few examples of some questions. Where do I get ballroom music? Where is there a place to go dancing? I need dance shoes. Where is there a good place to buy them? What should I wear at a swing dance? These are all common questions we encounter, especially from a person new to dance. Technical questions might be for example. How do you count the triple step? I don’t remember the introduction of last nights class can anyone help me? What are the foot positions? What are the directions on the dance floor? These are all good questions. For many of us, we sometimes struggle with words trying to help and give intelligent answers so we can share our knowledge of what we know with others. We all, at one time or another, tripped over a few words or two. Don’t be shy! Be polite. This may be the place to redeem yourself. Linda and Stan will try to, with the best of their knowledge, help you from time to time. So, Lets Make This Blog a place to go to and lets make sure that this is a good Informative venue that all dancers love. We would like to say starting out, read the rules (blog terms & conditions) and be kind to your fellow dancer. Most of us just want encouragement and help or just information about dance.
