Covers Our regular dances, our practice dances, our party dances, graduation dances, night on
the town, dance night out, awards & banquet dances, competition or contest dances, fund raiser
dances, gold key dance night out, meet up and dance, and any other special dance event
pertaining and hosted by
StarDancer, ™ Linda and/or Stan.

Regular dances or Practice dances are at Dardenne Prairie Dance Hall (DPH),
2199 Post Rd. in Dardenne Prairie, MO. 63368 and are held every 2nd and 4th Friday of
each month. Every second Friday starts off with a free beginner Swing Dance lesson at
7:15 pm and an intermediate Swing Dance lesson at 7:45 pm. Doors open at 7:00 pm.
Cost is $8. General dancing begins at 8:00 pm. DJ music is provided. Cash bar is
available.
Every 4th Friday starts off with a free beginner Ballroom Dance lesson (teachers dance
choice) at 7:15 pm and an intermediate Ballroom Dance lesson (teachers dance choice)
at 7:45 pm. Doors open at 7:00 pm. Cost is $8. General dancing begins at 8:00 pm. DJ
music is provided. Cash bar is available. (No Dance on the 4th Friday in December).

Music: Usually ™ DJ Stan plays the music for dances held at Dardenne Prairie Hall
(DPH). Music varies and covers a wide range of dances, dancing and dance music for
everyone's enjoyment. For special occasions we may provide a band or guest group for
music entertainment.

Our Party Dances agenda is basically the same as our Regular & Practice Dances
with the exception of being a theme dance that may require students and their guest to
dress up for the occasion. Games, Prizes, Winnings, may be awarded to participants and
may be restricted to a certain amount of the winnings. For more Info. about certain
winnings & restrictions go to the bottom of this page or (Click Here!)
The dance lesson type/style may change to suit the occasion or theme of dance too! The
hall may be decorated to fit the occasion. Cost and Price at the door may increase to
cover our cost. Doors open at 7:00 pm. DJ music or a Band is provided (As Advertised).
Entertainment may be performed or included (If Advertised). Cash bar is available. Below

Graduation Dances have the same format and agenda of both a practice dance and a
party dance combined together with the exception that dinner reservations may be
involved for an extra cost. Graduation Awards & Presentations will be given out all night
through the dance and proceedings.
Dance music will be performed by DJ music or a Band if provided or (If Advertised). Cost
and Price at the door may increase to cover our cost. Dance lessons are free and start at
7:15 pm. Students can bring guest. Doors open at 7:00 pm. Cash bar is available.

Food Brought into Dardenne Prairie Hall: Students can bring snacks & food to
most of our dances. A variety of foods can be brought into the hall such as chips & dip,
cakes, appetizers, etc.
Dardenne Prairie Dance Hall does not serve food unless they have a special dance
event. If it is not listed or advertised on our dance flyer schedule, then the hall is not
serving food.
Check our “Dances Schedule Flyer” first, before bringing food into the dance hall! Some
dances such as our party dances and awards banquet dances we higher a caterer in
which case we do not allow food into the dance hall.
Overall, Use common sense when bringing food and remember other people will be
sitting with you at the same table. Before you leave be sure to clean your table.
Please do not bring food and/or beverages to other dance events such as night on the
town, and other dance functions that we participate in!
If you are planning to go dancing with us to an outside event and you are not sure about
the rules on food & beverages, plan to eat ahead of time before going to such dance
events.
Some dance events may have food available. Check our dances schedule page to see
what dance you are going to and see if they serve food at that event.

Beverages: A cash bar is always available at our dances held at Dardenne Prairie
Dance Hall. Beer, wine, soda, water are all available for sale at Dardenne Prairie Dance
Hall.
Only B.Y.O.L. is allowed and you must tell the cashier at the front door first, before
bringing it in and entering the hall. No Exceptions! All beverages brought into the hall
unknowingly or knowingly without permission must be taken out of the hall immediately.
You are not allowed to bring in any beverage or food when the hall is selling beverages
and/or food. This also includes snacks and bottle water.
Do not bring beer, wine, soda or bottle water into the hall when the establishment is
selling those products or you will be asked to take them out/off of the premises, whether
you known about it or not! Again, No Exceptions!
•
For other dance events outside of Dardenne Prairie Dance Hall (DPH), a cash bar is
usually available with refreshments. Check with the establishment or organization’s
arrangements or availability on their website.

Night On The Town Dances
(Night Out, Night on the Town, Gold Key Night Out, Meet Up & Dance)
Night on the town with ™ Linda & Stan, such as night out at the Saint Louis “Casa
Loma ballroom,” 3354 Iowa Street in St. Louis, Mo. 63118, are dance events planned for
our students. These are fun dance events that prepare our students to go out dancing in a
real dance situation.
Attire may change depending on the dance event or dance theme. It is the students
responsibility to do their own research on what to wear when they participate in our
dances and/or other dances we participate in.
•
Ballroom Dances: Big Band Music
For men going to a ballroom dance, wear formal wear such as a evening suit
coat and tie with leather bottom formal shoes. Experienced dancers would wear
ballroom dance shoes.
For women/ladies going to a ballroom dance, wear formal wear such as a dress
you would wear at a ball, not a costume ballroom gown but a nice formal evening
dress. You should wear formal shoes, preferably with heels that glide on the floor to
your liking. Experienced dancers would wear ballroom dance shoes.
•
Latin Dancing: Latin Music, Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Rumba, Cha Cha.
For men wear loose clothing. Short sleeve shirt is fine with loose dress pants.
Shoes should be smooth leather bottom soles. Bring a small towel if the weather is
hot.
For women/ladies wear a loose casual dress or a loose formal dress no higher
than just barely above the knees and not dragging on the floor. You should wear
Latin shoes made for dancing. However smooth bottom shoes will do. Heels would
be fine if your use to dancing in them. Flat gliding shoes would be better.

Disco or Slow Swing Dancing: DJ Music, Top 40, Music of ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s,

All rules & restrictions here within our policies apply to “night on the town” or any
other dance event with ™ Linda & Stan that students participate in. ™ Linda & Stan
cannot be responsible for out side event changes. We have no control over other
organizations, establishments, clubs, businesses, etc. and their policies & functions. Be
sure to do your own research and homework before going to such dance events!

Gold Key Dance Night Out is exclusively for gold key award club members only.
These are members that have a gold key award card which is purchased thru
StarDancer. Gold key award members are students that received a Gold Key Award at a
graduation dance and have the option to purchase a “Gold Key Card.”
Gold Key Award Winners must purchase an optional membership with
Star Dancer in
order to participate in the gold key dance night out(s) with ™ Linda & Stan.
Gold Key Club Card Holders receive discounts, an exclusive private event with
™ Linda & Stan. Included with their purchase is dinner for two and a night out dancing
with ™ Linda & Stan to a personal and exclusive dance club or dance night out.
Restrictions To Gold Key Events: Absolutely No guest, family members or friends,
regular students, anyone without a Gold Key Club Membership Card, unless authorized
by ™ Stan himself, are not allowed at “The Gold Key Club Dance Night Out” event with
™ Linda & Stan.

Age Limits: Any one that is 21 and up is allowed to participate in all our dance
functions. Even though our group dance classes support ages 14 and up, not all of our
dance events do. This is because alcohol is served at most of the dance events we
participate in, which require persons to be 21 years of age and up to enter.
All minors (under the age of 21) will not be allowed to enter a dance held by
StarDancer. All minors will be turned away.
All minors (under the age of 21) will not be allowed to participate in any of our “night outs,”
“Night On the Town” events, “Gold Key Night Outs” and “Meet Up and dance” events. For

Minors enrolled in our group dance classes that want to participate in the free dance
lesson workshop held by
StarDancer must have a legal guardian or parent with them to
take the dance lesson workshop(s). Otherwise, they will be turned down at the door. After
the free dance lesson workshop(s) is/are over all minors must leave the dance hall before
the dance starts.
•
Calendar of Events: Some dates and times may change due to hall rentals, holidays
and other occasions. Go to our Calendar for dates, times, location and information.
•
Cancellations/Closings:
For cancellations due to inclement weather, family emergencies, accidents & other
causes for cancellations and closings go to our social media pages on
StarsDancer’s
website.
Dances may be postponed or canceled, due to emergencies, closings, hall events,
inclement weather, etc., and are usually rescheduled to the next coming dance or to the
next week on a Friday or Saturday. Cancellations & Closings for dances held at Dardenne
Prairie Hall Will Not be advertised or broadcast on “News Media Stations” (Radio & TV).

Refunds: There are no refunds once you pay. This includes all events held at halls and
rental facilities that take/require reservations/bookings.
This also pertains to scheduled reservations and/or bookings of any planned event(s)
and/or scheduled dance(s) that is/was/were paid for ahead of time with or without tickets
and/or with or without hosting such event and/or advertised by
StarDancer
™ Linda and/or Stan.
When you book and make your reservation(s) your money/cash/credit card is immediately
charged and sent to the proprietor or establishments account right away! This is to
guarantee your arrangement(s) of/for your seating and also guarantees your entrance or
spot held/holding for such date and time held at such event and/or dance.
Once reservations/bookings has/had took/taken place and/or occur/occurred, your
money/cash/credit card is/charged and transfered to the proprietor right away this is one
reason why we cannot give you a refund!
This also applies to telephone reservations/bookings to/for any dance or event we
participate in, hold and/or advertise for.
Once you’ve paid for your reservations for such event, you are paying for the rental space
which is limited to a certain number of people and the time being used even if you do not
use the space in the amount of time of the event. The owner/renter of that space will not
give us our money back. So therefore we cannot give you your money back!
We will not take someone else's money/cash/credit card and apply it to a refund to
someone else that made the reservations/bookings!
Also, bookings/reservations planned ahead of time and made by telephone can be
charged to the buyer/purchaser at a later date especially if the buyer or purchaser
cancels. Make sure that you ask the proprietor ahead of time before you make such
bookings/reservations!

Free Trial Dances: There are no free trial dances. We cannot provide free trial dances!
However at Dardenne Prairie Hall (DPH), if you sign-up and pay for the dance at the front
door, the dance lesson(s) workshop with ™ Linda & Stan is/are free to take at no cost.
You cannot take the free lesson first and then pay to sign-up for the dance!

Responsibility: It is the duty and responsibility of everyone to do their homework,
check out establishments, policies and information about such establishments & places,
ahead of time before going to any event we participate in, advertise or hold.
StarDancer, ™ Stan and/or Linda, and its employee’s are not responsible for the
following!
For any reason(s) by/of being in the same place(s) or location(s) of others, individuals,
persons participating by/with/for/of events and dancing held by/with ™ Stan and/or Linda,
StarDancer and/or their employee’s and are not held responsible for whatever or
whatever happens!
StarDancer, ™ Linda & Stan are not responsible for other events held, advertised and
posted and/of/or their changes other than in their own advertisement.

Photographs, Video, Copy and Recording Devices: Once you enter any dance

™ Linda & Stan are registered trademarks and their materials are copyrighted. This also
includes their vocal and verbal teaching, written or announced as well as their dance
instruction shown, their dance routines shown, and is/are their
copyright material(s).
Other dance materials may be copyrighted material performed by student's and/or
™ Linda & Stan while dancing on the dance floor. If you are caught trying to copy/record
materials performed and taught by ™ Linda & Stan, knowingly or unknowingly, you will be
asked to delete the materials and may be asked to leave the premises of the function or
event.
This also includes any of the material(s) and information within this/our website that is our
copyright material(s) & ™ trademark material(s).
If you do not delete copied material off your device, of ™ Linda & Stan, when asked,
action will be taken. For information and penalties about ™ trademarks &
copyrights go

Cell phones, iPads, Tablets, Hidden Cameras & Tape Recorders are also considered
devices for recording & copying. Turn them off & leave them in your car. No Exceptions!
If you are a doctor or other professional that needs a cell phone on, you must see Stan

are some exceptions in certain emergency cases. Let us know ahead of time or you will

No Advertisement: No Advertisement of any dance, dance affiliate(s), dance
teacher(s), dance organization(s), dance club(s), dance studio(s), dance event(s).
You may not advertise, hand out, show business cards, write down to solicit, show flyers,
show articles, show and share photo’s, show and share video’s and/or use other means
of advertising to share with our students at events, dances, classes, workshops, dance
lessons and any event which is held by ™ Linda and/or Stan or held by a/an affiliate(s) or
by another establishment. This also includes any Night Out or “Night on the Town” with ™
Linda and/or Stan or by a/an affiliate(s) or another establishment.
If you are caught, knowingly or unknowingly, you will be dismissed and asked to remove
any and all material(s).

Special Dance Parties & Restrictions:
Special dance parties are as followed: New Year Eve, Valentine Dance, St. Patrick’s
Dance, Night on the Town, Any Night Out, Veterans Celebration Dance, Memorial Dance,
Graduation Dance(s), 50’s & 60’s Sock Hop, Awards Banquet Dance(s), Halloween
Dance, Masquerade Ball, any Shows, Competitions, Contests, Invited Dance Events, or
any other outside events, out of town or in town with student participation, other than our
regular dances or regular practice dances.
Restrictions can be/may be on the number of gifts, giveaways, certificates, prizes, money,
coupons and winnings a person or a couple can receive and how they can receive these
giveaways per event per dance.
StarDancer,™ Linda & Stan reserve(s) the right to put such restrictions on each event
as they are held. For rules & regulations of certain events check with Stan.

Gold Key Award Winners must purchase an optional membership

Star Dancer in order to participate in the gold key dance

Gold Key Club Card Holders receive discounts, an exclusive

Age Limits: Any one that is 21 and up is allowed to participate in
all our dance functions. Even though our group dance classes
support ages 14 and up, not all of our dance events do. This is
because alcohol is served at most of the dance events we
participate in, which require persons to be 21 years of age and up
to enter.
All minors (under the age of 21) will not be allowed to enter a
dance held by
StarDancer. All minors will be turned away.

Refunds: There are no refunds once you pay. This includes all
events held at halls and rental facilities that take/require
reservations/bookings.
This also pertains to scheduled reservations and/or bookings of any
planned event(s) and/or scheduled dance(s) that is/was/were paid
for ahead of time with or without tickets and/or with or without
hosting such event and/or advertised by
StarDancer
™ Linda and/or Stan.
When you book and make your reservation(s) your
money/cash/credit card is immediately charged and sent to the
proprietor or establishments account right away! This is to
guarantee your arrangement(s) of/for your seating and also
guarantees your entrance or spot held/holding for such date and
time held at such event and/or dance.
Once reservations/bookings has/had took/taken place and/or
occur/occurred, your money/cash/credit card is/charged and
transfered to the proprietor right away this is one reason why we
cannot give you a refund!
This also applies to telephone reservations/bookings to/for any
dance or event we participate in, hold and/or advertise for.
Once you’ve paid for your reservations for such event, you are
paying for the rental space which is limited to a certain number of
people and the time being used even if you do not use the space in
the amount of time of the event. The owner/renter of that space will
not give us our money back. So therefore we cannot give you your
money back!
We will not take someone else's money/cash/credit card and apply
it to a refund to someone else that made the reservations/bookings!
Also, bookings/reservations planned ahead of time and made by
telephone can be charged to the buyer/purchaser at a later date
especially if the buyer or purchaser cancels. Make sure that you
ask the proprietor ahead of time before you make such
bookings/reservations!

Free Trial Dances: There are no free trial dances. We cannot
provide free trial dances! However at Dardenne Prairie Hall (DPH),
if you sign-up and pay for the dance at the front door, the dance
lesson(s) workshop with ™ Linda & Stan is/are free to take at no

You cannot take the free lesson first and then pay to sign-up for the
dance!

Special Dance Parties & Restrictions:
Special dance parties are as followed: New Year Eve, Valentine
Dance, St. Patrick’s Dance, Night on the Town, Any Night Out,
Veterans Celebration Dance, Memorial Dance, Graduation
Dance(s), 50’s & 60’s Sock Hop, Awards Banquet Dance(s),
Halloween Dance, Masquerade Ball, any Shows, Competitions,
Contests, Invited Dance Events, or any other outside events, out of
town or in town with student participation, other than our regular
dances or regular practice dances.
Restrictions can be/may be on the number of gifts, giveaways,
certificates, prizes, money, coupons and winnings a person or a
couple can receive and how they can receive these giveaways per
event per dance.
StarDancer,™ Linda & Stan reserve(s) the right to put such

Regular dances or Practice dances are at Dardenne Prairie Dance Hall (DPH),
2199 Post Rd. in Dardenne Prairie, MO. 63368 and are held every 2nd and 4th Friday of
each month. Every second Friday starts off with a free beginner Swing Dance lesson at
7:15 pm and an intermediate Swing Dance lesson at 7:45 pm. Doors open at 7:00 pm.
Cost is $8. General dancing begins at 8:00 pm. DJ music is provided. Cash bar is
available.
Every 4th Friday starts off with a free beginner Ballroom Dance lesson (teachers dance
choice) at 7:15 pm and an intermediate Ballroom Dance lesson (teachers dance choice)
at 7:45 pm. Doors open at 7:00 pm. Cost is $8. General dancing begins at 8:00 pm. DJ
music is provided. Cash bar is available. (No Dance on the 4th Friday in December).

Music: Usually ™ DJ Stan plays the music for dances held at Dardenne Prairie Hall
(DPH). Music varies and covers a wide range of dances, dancing and dance music for
everyone's enjoyment. For special occasions we may provide a band or guest group for

Our Party Dances agenda is basically the same as our Regular & Practice Dances
with the exception of being a theme dance that may require students and their guest to
dress up for the occasion. Games, Prizes, Winnings, may be awarded to participants and
may be restricted to a certain amount of the winnings. For more Info. about certain

The dance lesson type/style may change to suit the occasion or theme of dance too! The
hall may be decorated to fit the occasion. Cost and Price at the door may increase to
cover our cost. Doors open at 7:00 pm. DJ music or a Band is provided (As Advertised).

Food Brought into Dardenne Prairie Hall: Students can bring snacks & food to
most of our dances. A variety of foods can be brought into the hall such as chips & dip,
cakes, appetizers, etc.
Dardenne Prairie Dance Hall does not serve food unless they have a special dance
event. If it is not listed or advertised on our dance flyer schedule, then the hall is not
serving food.
Check our “Dances Schedule Flyer” first, before bringing food into the dance hall! Some
dances such as our party dances and awards banquet dances we higher a caterer in
which case we do not allow food into the dance hall.
Overall, Use common sense when bringing food and remember other people will be
sitting with you at the same table. Before you leave be sure to clean your table.
Please do not bring food and/or beverages to other dance events such as night on the
town, and other dance functions that we participate in!
If you are planning to go dancing with us to an outside event and you are not sure about
the rules on food & beverages, plan to eat ahead of time before going to such dance
events.
Some dance events may have food available. Check our dances schedule page to see
what dance you are going to and see if they serve food at that event.

Beverages: A cash bar is always available at our dances held at Dardenne Prairie
Dance Hall. Beer, wine, soda, water are all available for sale at Dardenne Prairie Dance
Hall.
Only B.Y.O.L. is allowed and you must tell the cashier at the front door first, before
bringing it in and entering the hall. No Exceptions! All beverages brought into the hall
unknowingly or knowingly without permission must be taken out of the hall immediately.
You are not allowed to bring in any beverage or food when the hall is selling beverages
and/or food. This also includes snacks and bottle water.
Do not bring beer, wine, soda or bottle water into the hall when the establishment is
selling those products or you will be asked to take them out/off of the premises, whether
you known about it or not! Again, No Exceptions!

For other dance events outside of Dardenne Prairie Dance Hall (DPH), a cash bar is
usually available with refreshments. Check with the establishment or organization’s
arrangements or availability on their website.

Night On The Town Dances
(Night Out, Night on the Town, Gold Key Night Out, Meet Up & Dance)
Night on the town with ™ Linda & Stan, such as night out at the Saint Louis “Casa
Loma ballroom,” 3354 Iowa Street in St. Louis, Mo. 63118, are dance events planned for
our students. These are fun dance events that prepare our students to go out dancing in a
real dance situation.
Attire may change depending on the dance event or dance theme. It is the students
responsibility to do their own research on what to wear when they participate in our
dances and/or other dances we participate in.

Ballroom Dances: Big Band Music
For men going to a ballroom dance, wear formal wear such as a evening suit
coat and tie with leather bottom formal shoes. Experienced dancers would wear
ballroom dance shoes.
For women/ladies going to a ballroom dance, wear formal wear such as a dress
you would wear at a ball, not a costume ballroom gown but a nice formal evening
dress. You should wear formal shoes, preferably with heels that glide on the floor to

Restrictions can be/may be on the number of gifts, giveaways, certificates, prizes, money,

OUR DANCES POLICY
Covers Our regular dances, our practice dances, our party dances,
graduation dances, night on the town, dance night out, awards & banquet
dances, competition or contest dances, fund raiser dances, gold key
dance night out, meet up and dance, and any other special dance event
pertaining and hosted by
StarDancer, ™ Linda and/or Stan.

Regular dances or Practice dances are at Dardenne Prairie
Dance Hall (DPH), 2199 Post Rd. in Dardenne Prairie, MO. 63368
and are held every 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. Every
second Friday starts off with a free beginner Swing Dance lesson at
7:15 pm and an intermediate Swing Dance lesson at 7:45 pm.
Doors open at 7:00 pm. Cost is $8. General dancing begins at 8:00
pm. DJ music is provided. Cash bar is available.
Every 4th Friday starts off with a free beginner Ballroom Dance
lesson (teachers dance choice) at 7:15 pm and an intermediate
Ballroom Dance lesson (teachers dance choice) at 7:45 pm. Doors
open at 7:00 pm. Cost is $8. General dancing begins at 8:00 pm.
DJ music is provided. Cash bar is available. (No Dance on the 4th
Friday in December).

Music: Usually ™ DJ Stan plays the music for dances held at
Dardenne Prairie Hall (DPH). Music varies and covers a wide range
of dances, dancing and dance music for everyone's enjoyment. For
special occasions we may provide a band or guest group for music
entertainment.

Our Party Dances agenda is basically the same as our Regular
& Practice Dances with the exception of being a theme dance that
may require students and their guest to dress up for the occasion.
Games, Prizes, Winnings, may be awarded to participants and may
be restricted to a certain amount of the winnings. For more Info.

The dance lesson type/style may change to suit the occasion or
theme of dance too! The hall may be decorated to fit the occasion.
Cost and Price at the door may increase to cover our cost. Doors
open at 7:00 pm. DJ music or a Band is provided (As Advertised).
Entertainment may be performed or included (If Advertised). Cash

Graduation Dances have the same format and agenda of both
a practice dance and a party dance combined together with the
exception that dinner reservations may be involved for an extra
cost. Graduation Awards & Presentations will be given out all night
through the dance and proceedings.
Dance music will be performed by DJ music or a Band if provided
or (If Advertised). Cost and Price at the door may increase to cover
our cost. Dance lessons are free and start at 7:15 pm. Students can
bring guest. Doors open at 7:00 pm. Cash bar is available.

Food Brought into Dardenne Prairie Hall: Students can
bring snacks & food to most of our dances. A variety of foods can
be brought into the hall such as chips & dip, cakes, appetizers, etc.
Dardenne Prairie Dance Hall does not serve food unless they have
a special dance event. If it is not listed or advertised on our dance
flyer schedule, then the hall is not serving food.
Check our “Dances Schedule Flyer” first, before bringing food into
the dance hall! Some dances such as our party dances and awards
banquet dances we higher a caterer in which case we do not allow
food into the dance hall.
Overall, Use common sense when bringing food and remember
other people will be sitting with you at the same table. Before you
leave be sure to clean your table.
Please do not bring food and/or beverages to other dance events
such as night on the town, and other dance functions that we
participate in!
If you are planning to go dancing with us to an outside event and
you are not sure about the rules on food & beverages, plan to eat
ahead of time before going to such dance events.
Some dance events may have food available. Check our dances
schedule page to see what dance you are going to and see if they
serve food at that event.

Beverages: A cash bar is always available at our dances held at
Dardenne Prairie Dance Hall. Beer, wine, soda, water are all
available for sale at Dardenne Prairie Dance Hall.
Only B.Y.O.L. is allowed and you must tell the cashier at the front
door first, before bringing it in and entering the hall. No Exceptions!
All beverages brought into the hall unknowingly or knowingly
without permission must be taken out of the hall immediately.
You are not allowed to bring in any beverage or food when the hall
is selling beverages and/or food. This also includes snacks and
bottle water.
Do not bring beer, wine, soda or bottle water into the hall when the
establishment is selling those products or you will be asked to take
them out/off of the premises, whether you known about it or not!
Again, No Exceptions!

For other dance events outside of Dardenne Prairie Dance
Hall (DPH), a cash bar is usually available with refreshments.
Check with the establishment or organization’s arrangements or
availability on their website.

Night On The Town Dances
(Night Out, Night on the Town, Gold Key Night Out, Meet Up & Dance)
Night on the town with ™ Linda & Stan, such as night out at the
Saint Louis “Casa Loma ballroom,” 3354 Iowa Street in St. Louis,
Mo. 63118, are dance events planned for our students. These are
fun dance events that prepare our students to go out dancing in a
real dance situation.
Attire may change depending on the dance event or dance theme.
It is the students responsibility to do their own research on what to
wear when they participate in our dances and/or other dances we
participate in.
•
Ballroom Dances: Big Band Music
For men going to a ballroom dance, wear formal wear such
as a evening suit coat and tie with leather bottom formal
shoes. Experienced dancers would wear ballroom dance
shoes.
For women/ladies going to a ballroom dance, wear formal
wear such as a dress you would wear at a ball, not a costume
ballroom gown but a nice formal evening dress. You should
wear formal shoes, preferably with heels that glide on the
floor to your liking. Experienced dancers would wear ballroom
dance shoes.

Latin Dancing: Latin Music, Salsa, Mambo, Merengue,
Rumba, Cha Cha.
For men wear loose clothing. Short sleeve shirt is fine with
loose dress pants. Shoes should be smooth leather bottom
soles. Bring a small towel if the weather is hot.
For women/ladies wear a loose casual dress or a loose
formal dress no higher than just barely above the knees and
not dragging on the floor. You should wear Latin shoes made
for dancing. However smooth bottom shoes will do. Heels
would be fine if your use to dancing in them. Flat gliding
shoes would be better.

Disco or Slow Swing Dancing: DJ Music, Top 40, Music of
‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s,
For men wear loose clothing. Short sleeve shirt is fine with
loose dress pants or jeans. Shoes should be smooth leather
bottom soles. Bring a small towel if the weather is hot.
For women/ladies wear a loose casual dress no higher than
just barely above the knees and not dragging on the floor,
loose suite pants with a loose top or loose shirt top and jeans.
You should wear swing dance shoes made for dancing.
However smooth bottom shoes will do. Low heels would be
fine if your use to dancing in them. Flat shoes that glide
would be better.

students participate in. ™ Linda & Stan cannot be responsible for

organizations, establishments, clubs, businesses, etc. and their

Gold Key Dance Night Out is exclusively for gold key award
club members only. These are members that have a gold key
award card which is purchased thru
StarDancer. Gold key award
members are students that received a Gold Key Award at a
graduation dance and have the option to purchase a “Gold Key
Card.”
Gold Key Award Winners must purchase an optional membership
with
Star Dancer in order to participate in the gold key dance
night out(s) with ™ Linda & Stan.
Gold Key Club Card Holders receive discounts, an exclusive
private event with
™ Linda & Stan. Included with their purchase is dinner for two and
a night out dancing with ™ Linda & Stan to a personal and
exclusive dance club or dance night out.
Restrictions To Gold Key Events: Absolutely No guest, family
members or friends, regular students, anyone without a Gold Key
Club Membership Card, unless authorized by ™ Stan himself, are
not allowed at “The Gold Key Club Dance Night Out” event with
™ Linda & Stan.

Age Limits: Any one that is 21 and up is allowed to participate in
all our dance functions. Even though our group dance classes
support ages 14 and up, not all of our dance events do. This is
because alcohol is served at most of the dance events we
participate in, which require persons to be 21 years of age and up
to enter.
All minors (under the age of 21) will not be allowed to enter a
dance held by
StarDancer. All minors will be turned away.
All minors (under the age of 21) will not be allowed to participate in
any of our “night outs,” “Night On the Town” events, “Gold Key Night
Outs” and “Meet Up and dance” events. For more information about

Minors enrolled in our group dance classes that want to
participate in the free dance lesson workshop held by
StarDancer
must have a legal guardian or parent with them to take the dance
lesson workshop(s). Otherwise, they will be turned down at the
door. After the free dance lesson workshop(s) is/are over all minors
must leave the dance hall before the dance starts.

Calendar of Events: Some dates and times may change due to
hall rentals, holidays and other occasions. Go to our Calendar for
dates, times, location and information.

Cancellations/Closings:
For cancellations due to inclement weather, family emergencies,
accidents & other causes for cancellations and closings go to our
social media pages on
StarsDancer’s website.
Dances may be postponed or canceled, due to emergencies,
closings, hall events, inclement weather, etc., and are usually
rescheduled to the next coming dance or to the next week on a
Friday or Saturday. Cancellations & Closings for dances held at
Dardenne Prairie Hall Will Not be advertised or broadcast on
“News Media Stations” (Radio & TV).

Refunds: There are no refunds once you pay. This includes all
events held at halls and rental facilities that take/require
reservations/bookings.
This also pertains to scheduled reservations and/or bookings of any
planned event(s) and/or scheduled dance(s) that is/was/were paid
for ahead of time with or without tickets and/or with or without
hosting such event and/or advertised by
StarDancer
™ Linda and/or Stan.
When you book and make your reservation(s) your
money/cash/credit card is immediately charged and sent to the
proprietor or establishments account right away! This is to
guarantee your arrangement(s) of/for your seating and also
guarantees your entrance or spot held/holding for such date and
time held at such event and/or dance.
Once reservations/bookings has/had took/taken place and/or
occur/occurred, your money/cash/credit card is/charged and
transfered to the proprietor right away this is one reason why we
cannot give you a refund!
This also applies to telephone reservations/bookings to/for any
dance or event we participate in, hold and/or advertise for.
Once you’ve paid for your reservations for such event, you are
paying for the rental space which is limited to a certain number of
people and the time being used even if you do not use the space in
the amount of time of the event. The owner/renter of that space will
not give us our money back. So therefore we cannot give you your
money back!
We will not take someone else's money/cash/credit card and apply
it to a refund to someone else that made the reservations/bookings!
Also, bookings/reservations planned ahead of time and made by
telephone can be charged to the buyer/purchaser at a later date
especially if the buyer or purchaser cancels. Make sure that you
ask the proprietor ahead of time before you make such
bookings/reservations!
